The Government of Eswatini's visa page marks, nationality by nationality, whether a visa is required (Y=yes, N=no): for example, USA, South Africa and Germany are marked N. The table does not state a length of stay. The UK government says British citizens can visit without a visa for up to 30 days, and Canada's travel advice says Canadians do not need a tourist visa for stays up to 30 days. The Ministry of Home Affairs says visas are dealt with by its Visa & Citizenship department or by Eswatini's foreign missions, and the government's eVisa portal lets eligible foreign citizens apply for a visa online before travelling.
- Passport validity
- Canada's travel advice says a regular Canadian passport must be valid for at least 6 months beyond the date you expect to leave Eswatini and have at least 2 blank pages. The UK government tells British travellers their passport must have an expiry date at least 3 months after the date they arrive and at least 2 blank pages for entry stamps, and 2 additional blank pages if they are also travelling to South Africa.
- Vaccinations
- The UK government says you must have a yellow fever vaccination certificate to enter Eswatini if you are coming from a country listed as a transmission risk. WHO's yellow fever list (International Travel and Health, Annex 1) shows Eswatini requiring proof of vaccination from travellers aged 9 months and over arriving from countries determined by WHO to be at risk, including travellers who transited through the airport of such a country, regardless of the duration of the transit.
