The application is made on Form 7 of the Immigration Regulations 2014, with certified copies of your passport’s identity pages, a photo, a police certificate and a medical fitness certificate, and is lodged with the immigration office in person, through a representative or online. Australian and New Zealand applicants must also provide a sponsorship letter signed by a Nauruan citizen living in Nauru (regulation 12(9)).
