  5. Proof of funds

No official source we could read states a proof-of-funds requirement for entering Brazil. Canada's travel advice lists proof of sufficient funds to cover your stay among the things customs officials may ask to see, and the Consulate-General of Brazil in Miami asks its visa applicants for proof of income.

  6. Vaccinations

Not an entry requirement: Brazil's Ministry of Health says there is no obligation to show proof of vaccination to enter the country. It indicates the yellow fever vaccine for travellers going to the areas where vaccination is recommended, at least 10 days before travel, and says the International Certificate of Vaccination is important when the destination country or a country of transit requires it.
