eVisa for 90 days

Cuba's foreign ministry says tourist visas or tourist cards are issued to foreigners travelling to Cuba for pleasure, tourism or recreation, valid for a single entry and a 90-day stay, extendable once for the same period; its eVisa-Cuba site takes applications online. Cuba's Migration Law requires foreigners to hold an entry visa unless a convention signed by Cuba exempts their country's citizens; no official source we could read lists those conventions. D'Viajeros, Cuba's advance traveller information form, is mandatory for every passenger, and Canada's travel advice says you must be able to show proof of medical insurance on entry.

Canada's travel advice says you must be able to show proof of medical insurance on entry to Cuba, and that if you have none, or the Cuban immigration authorities are not satisfied with the proof you show, you may have to obtain insurance from a Cuban insurance company on arrival, which may have limited coverage. No Cuban government page we could read states the rule.

  9. Vaccinations

WHO lists Cuba as requiring proof of yellow fever vaccination from travellers aged 9 months or over arriving from countries at risk of yellow fever transmission, including travellers who transited more than 12 hours through the airport of such a country.
