    The DRC Embassy in Washington says tourists not using a tourist agency or private host must provide proof of sufficient funds for the trip. No official source we could read states an amount.

    The UK government says that to enter the DRC you must have a certificate proving yellow fever vaccination, and that you may need one for onward travel to some other countries because of the risk of yellow fever in the DRC.
