Gabon's DGDI says the e-Visa application form is completed online, that e-Visas are currently valid only for visits by air via Léon-Mba International Airport in Libreville, and that payment is made on arrival when the e-visa sticker is delivered. The DGDI's list of visa exemptions under bilateral agreements includes ordinary passports of Mauritius, Morocco and South Africa. Gabon's Law No. 5/86 on the admission and stay of foreigners says nationals of States that have not concluded an immigration agreement with Gabon must hold a visa and a return or circular transport ticket to enter, and the UK, Canadian, Australian and French governments say their citizens need a visa.
