The government's 2018 visa guide says nationals of ECOWAS member countries, and of the other countries it lists, holding ordinary or official passports are not subject to a visa. Other foreigners can get a biometric visa from an Ivorian diplomatic or consular post, or pre-enrol online for the biometric e-Visa (73 euros including bank charges), which is printed and issued on arrival at the airport.
