Lebanon
For Italian citizens
Visa on arrival for 30 days
Lebanon's General Security grants citizens of the countries it lists — including France, Germany, the UK, the US, Canada, Australia and Japan — a cost-free one-month visa, extendable to 3 months, and says citizens of Gulf Cooperation Council countries arriving as tourists are exempt from entry visas. Citizens not granted an automatic visa need prior authorisation from General Security, and visas are also granted through embassies. Canada says travellers with evidence of travel to Israel may be refused entry.
