eVisa
Libya's eVisa portal lists the tourist visa with an "Apply now" link and says the sponsor (the tourism company) must be registered with the Passports, Nationality and Foreigners Affairs Authority; for its other visa types it says online applications are not open yet. The portal's country list marks Algeria, Malaysia, Mauritania and Tunisia as fully exempt and Türkiye as partially exempt. The UK Foreign Office advises against all travel to Libya except the cities of Tripoli, Misrata, and Benghazi, Al-Bayda, Derna and the surrounding Jebel Akhdar area, and against all but essential travel to those cities.
